Making 2018 Your Best Year Yet

We hope you had a great holiday and enjoyed a little time away from work and training. Now we are on to 2018!

Our goal for 2018 is to help our members improve all aspects of their life. By focusing each month on building the characteristics of a champion and emphasizing small term goals, you will be successful at attaining any long term goal you wish to achieve.

All our coaches are very excited to get started and are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow (Tuesday, January 2) when we reopen for classes.

Beginning this week, Level 3-5 Classes will be held on Mondays and Tuesdays at 630pm and Thursdays at 730pm. All other classes will remain the same until further notice.
